Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal expires after 14 days.
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

Returned Products must be returned in their entirety.
Returned Products must not have been used.
Returned Products must be sent to Brunale SRL in one shipment.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an explicit declaration (e.g. a letter sent by e-mail) to the following address:

To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you withdraw from the contract, you will be reimbursed for all the payments you have made in our favor, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method you have chosen for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. The refund can be suspended until the goods are received or until the customer has demonstrated that he has sent the goods back. We remind you that in the case of partial withdrawal, the delivery costs that will be refunded to you will be equivalent to the delivery costs that you would have paid for the individual good.
