Brunale SRL delivers its products throughout the national and international territory via Express Courier or Italian Post (Pacco Celere). Delivery times range from 2 to 5 days (normally we ship in 24 hours). For any other requirement, do not hesitate to contact us.
All deliveries of products will be at risk of Brunale SRL. The risk will be transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the products to the Customer, or to a designated third party, by the shipper, the carrier or other agent appointed by Brunale SRL for delivery.

Brunale SRL will be able to receive, through the Site, purchase orders with deliveries all over the world. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically by the Site and will be viewable and knowable by the Customer before sending the order.
No responsibility, for any reason, can be charged by the Customer to Brunale SRL in case of delay in the order fulfillment or in the delivery of the products covered by the Purchase Contracts determined by causes not attributable to the conduct of Brunale SRL.
Unless otherwise communicated to the Customer by Brunale SRL the delivery of the products is meant at street level. Upon delivery of the products by the courier appointed by Brunale SRL, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document and that the packaging is intact, not damaged or in any case altered, also in the closing materials.

Any damage to the packaging and / or products or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately contested by the Customer, by placing the word ACCEPTED WITH RESERVE on the courier’s delivery receipt. In addition, the Customer undertakes to promptly report, and in any case no later than 8 (eight) days from the date of delivery, to Brunale SRL (by sending a message via the Contact page) any and all problems relating to physical integrity, correspondence or the completeness of the products received.

In order to deliver the ordered products, the presence of the Customer or his representative in the place indicated by him and on the day of delivery is always required. In case of absence of the Customer (or his representative), the courier will leave a second delivery notice for the next working day and a telephone number to be able to agree on a different delivery date. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the purchase order is considered canceled and the products will return to the warehouses of Brunale SRL. In the latter case, Brunale SRL will reimburse the Customer the price of the undelivered products in addition to the shipping cost within 5 days from the return of the products in the warehouse and the relevant Purchase Agreement will be considered automatically and definitively canceled, excluding any mutual claim. further, for any reason.

Cases of force majeure, unavailability of means of transport, as well as unforeseeable or inevitable events that cause a delay in deliveries or make deliveries difficult or impossible or that cause a significant increase in the delivery cost charged to Brunale SRL will entitle Brunale SRL to split, postpone or cancel, in whole or in part, the expected delivery or to terminate the Purchase Agreement. In such cases, Brunale SRL will provide timely and adequate communication of its determinations to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer and the latter will be entitled to the refund of the price already paid, excluding any further claim, in any capacity, against Brunale SRL.
